Performance Marketing Specialist

Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok for our property and project campaigns. You will own daily budget pacing, A/B creative testing and CPL targets across multiple geographies (UAE, KSA, UK, Russia, India).

• 2+ years hands-on running paid social and search
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable in GA4 and Looker
• Real estate or e-commerce experience a strong plus

• Monthly bonus tied to CPL improvements
