Marketing Manager

Lead our marketing function across paid, organic, content, CRM and partnerships. You will own the channel mix, agency relationships and a sizeable monthly budget, and be measured on qualified inbound leads delivered to the sales floor.

• 5+ years in real estate or luxury marketing (Dubai preferred)
• Proven experience scaling Meta and Google performance campaigns
• Comfortable presenting to founders and senior brokers
• Native-level English; second language preferred
