## Transfer Fee
4% of the purchase price, paid to the DLD at the trustee office on transfer day.
## Registration Fee
AED 4,000 for properties above AED 500K. AED 2,000 below that threshold.
## Trustee Office Fee
AED 4,000–5,000 depending on transaction value. Paid by buyer.
## NOC Fee
AED 500–5,000 depending on the developer. Paid by seller.
## Mortgage Registration
0.25% of the loan amount + AED 290 admin fee, paid to the DLD on mortgage registration.
## Oqood Registration
AED 1,000–3,000 for off-plan registration. Paid by buyer.
