Senior Property Consultant — Off-Plan

We are looking for high-performing off-plan consultants to join our award-winning sales floor. You will own first-day allocations from Emaar, Sobha, Nakheel, DAMAC and Aldar, advise GCC and international investors and close transactions ranging from AED 1.5 m studios to AED 25 m branded penthouses.

This is a senior closer role for someone who already has a Dubai client book and the discipline to manage 30+ active leads at once.

• 3+ years of Dubai off-plan sales experience
• Active RERA card (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Proven track record of AED 50 m+ in personal annual sales
• Comfortable with Bayut, Property Finder and our internal CRM
• Spoken English required; Arabic, Russian or Mandarin a plus

• Industry-leading commission structure (up to 70/30)
