## Pricing We expect 6–9% headline price growth across 2026, slowing from 18% in 2024. The slowdown is healthy — supply is finally catching up with demand. ## Rents Rental growth has plateaued in established communities (Marina, Downtown) and continues at +8–12% in emerging communities (Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai Hills, JVC). ## Off-Plan Approximately 70,000 units handed over in 2025; another 90,000 are scheduled across 2026–2027. Off-plan launches remain the dominant transaction category.
